Hi I'm Aaron, and this is Ma Via de Phd (My PhD Life).

In 2015 I decided to commence my PhD at Deakin University, Australia. In this blog I hope to simply document my progress (or lack of), talk about ideas I might find interesting, but more importantly I hope to learn from and share with other PhD candidates as well.

I am currently in the infancy of this voyage. and I have no idea where it may lead (or if it is even the right life choice). My area of study revolves around Computer Science, which is where of course a lot of my interests lay too. I hope to not only post about my PhD journey and research but also to share any cool CS related news I may find along the way too.

Simultaneously I hope to continue my French learning, hence the blog name being in French. My French is still at a beginner level and this year is my second year of classes (so yep, still quite the ways to go!). I may also use this blog to talk a little bit about French language, but we shall see. I have quite the habit of not completing projects that I commence but I am really striving to not learn my goal of speaking French fluently someday be one of them.
